Valdibella - Grillo Sulle Bucce 2020 (750ml) Mantonico Bianco dressed spring vegetables and honeyFrom the winemaker: Full taste, rightly tannic, warm but elegant and balanced by a good minerality that gives a long and complex finish. Twelve days of fermentative maceration on the skins in order to obtain a tannic, structured grillo which goes without fear at a responsible aging. Its organoleptic expression is more complex, so to start with its orange color but also more authentic thanks to the choice of not adding sulphites.
