The rum is said to reveal fruitcake on the nose, with nut, caramel, vanilla and oak on the palate. Bundaberg Rum will donate 100% of profits from its regeneration rum to the Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund, which seeks to restore damaged wildlife habitat.
