The barrels containing aging rye arrived from Indiana to Cascade Hollow in 2012, where they spent another nine years in Cascade Hollows single story rickhouses. The temperature conditions led to a gracefully slow maturation, bringing the beautiful and unique notes of the whisky forward. At 13 years old, this rye
