Northern Orange Bitters InscriptionHandcrafted between mountains and sea from locally foraged plants representing Gaspesie's wild flavors when the landscape is ablaze in vibrant yellows, burnt oranges and fiery reds. Rooted in ancient herbalism and alchemy, each botanical is slowly macerated separately under the waxing and waning moon. Once optimal flavor is achieved, we then steam distill using our copper alembic to capture the last aromatic oils to coalesce into our Northern Orange
